Attention!!! By connecting and playing on the EpicJoschDE Minecraft network, you automatically agree to the following rules! Disregarding any of the following rules will result in exclusion from the network!
§1 – Chat

Spamming in the chat and in private messages is prohibited. This also includes spamming commands!
§2 – Skins
§2, Abs. 1 | Prohibited Skins
Sexual, violence-glorifying or Nazi-socialist skins are prohibited on the network!
§3 – Constructions
§3, Abs. 1 | Prohibited Constructions
All constructions that intentionally cause the server to lag or otherwise negatively affect it are strictly forbidden! The building of AFK wells and other methods of bypassing the AFK system is also prohibited!
Building and owning automated farms or other automated structures is strictly forbidden! There are individual exceptions where individual automated buildings are approved. These will then receive a verification seal. This seal can be requested from the server team. Building, owning or operating non-verified automated structures (automated structures without a verification seal) will result in temporary or permanent exclusion from the server!
§3, Abs. 2 | Plots
The grabbing (destruction) of plots on the CityBuild server should be refrained from, but cannot be prohibited, as each player is free to decide for himself which players he gives interaction rights on the plot! The same applies to lands on the Roleplay Server.
§4 – Clients
§4, Abs. 1 | Prohibited Clients
The use of any clients other than the official Minecraft release client, Optifine or LabyMod is prohibited and will result in exclusion from the server! Modifications that are installed in clients such as LabyMod count as independent clients and are also prohibited!
§4, Abs. 2 | Alt accounts
The use of multiple clients by the same person is prohibited and is monitored by a security system on the network
§5 – Behaviour

Intentionally spamming, stalking, mobbing, insulting and terrorizing players against their will is strictly forbidden and will be punished with immediate exclusion from the network!
§5, Abs. 2 | Bug Reports
If an error/bug is found on the network, it must be reported immediately to a team member. Failure to report an error is a violation of the server rules! You can report bugs in the support channel of our Discord Server!
§6 – Player names and nicknames
§6, Abs. 1 | Prohibited Names and Nicknames
The use of misleading player names or nicknames is prohibited. This includes names that can be confused with the names of other players, names that visually attempt to imitate a rank and names that contain sexual, violence-glorifying or Nazi-socialist content.
